Some preferences and session-related settings may be stored in your browser or on the application server so the service can remember your choices and keep you signed in as configured.
Uploaded and knowledge-base content
Uploaded documents and questions are used to provide the features you request. Administrators control the shared knowledge base and should upload only information they are authorized to use.
Sharing and third-party services
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers only when needed to operate, secure, or support the application, or when required by law.
Security and retention
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Information is retained only as needed for the stated purposes, legal obligations, and legitimate business operations.

You may review or update account information through the available security controls and may ask an authorized administrator about access, correction, or deletion requests.
